Where the data comes from

  • Tokens: CoinGecko's public API, tokenized-stock and tokenized-exchange-traded-funds-etfs categories (2,032 tokens mapped). Prices, market caps and volumes are CoinGecko's. Market cap is blank where CoinGecko reports none.
  • Chains: contract platforms from CoinGecko's coin list.
  • Where to trade: the top venues by 24h volume from CoinGecko tickers (fetched for the most-traded tokens and refreshed daily).
  • Underlying ticker: xStocks are checked against the official xStocks asset list. Other tokens are mapped from their issuer's naming pattern (e.g. NVDAon = Ondo, NVDAb = bStocks, rNVDA = Reality, NVDAc = Coinbase) and then cross-checked against the company name on the share quote. Tokens that fail the check are marked "mapping unverified".
  • Real share price: CNBC's public quote feed (no key needed, unofficial). Before the open and after the close we use the pre-market or after-hours price, and say so. If no price is available, we show a dash; prices are never estimated.

Premium / discount

(token price ÷ share price − 1). Tokens trade 24/7 but shares don't, so a gap outside market hours often reflects news since the last share print rather than a mispricing. Some tokens are deliberately not 1:1: Robinhood and ST0x reinvest dividends into a multiplier, and DeFiChain tokens are synthetic. Gaps beyond ±25% are not shown. The "biggest gaps" lists only include tokens with at least $100K of 24h volume and a price updated in the last 6 hours.
