What is tokenized NLY?
Tokenized NLY is a blockchain token designed to track the price of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NLY) shares. Each issuer structures it differently: some hold the real share 1:1 in custody for token holders, and others issue a debt note or certificate that pays like the share. In most cases the holder does not become a registered shareholder and has no voting rights. Tokens can trade around the clock, so their price can drift away from the share price while the stock market is closed.
